Heavy Duty Standard Torque Tube

ONE OF THE most important parts of any Sprint Car is the Torque Tube. First this Billet 2024 Collar is fully CNC Machined to exact tolerances then Hard Black Anodized for lasting Protection. Next the Tube is installed. This is done by warming up the Collar and cooling down the Tube. When the Tube is slid into the Collar and returns to room temperature they have almost sweat welded themselves together! Then the Assembly is drilled and taped to accept the Button Head Set Screw for added strength. Then the whole assembly is checked and the I.D. is Bored and Machined to a perfect 90 Degrees of the flange surface, “So She’s Dead Nuts On”. DMI and V-MAC Tubes are constructed this way and they have the closest tolerance in the industry! Built To Last, With Quality From End To End!!
