Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted if your item is returned within 20 days from date of your invoice and you have called (559) 739-1515 to obtain a return authorization number & printed it boldly on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are for exchange or in house credit. No credit will be made to your credit card account (under any circumstances). All returned merchandise must be in original packing and boxed to insure no freight damage. We are not responsible for incoming freight damage. Special and custom orders are not returnable.  All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or refusal if not returned properly.
